For those who know well what is SEO then they already now what is nofollow and dofollow links. But if you still don't understand what the difference between nofollow and dofollow, read this post further... :D

Both of them is actually same, hyperlinks but if you see in SEO perspective then there's a big different both. Let me simplify it:
- dofollow, means to give a sign for search engine robot to "follow" that link. This kind of link will crawled and indexed by search engine robots such as googlebot. As default, all links with or without this tag is dofollow.
- nofollow, means to give a sign for robot to "stop following" that link. So the link with nofollow tag will be ignore by search engine.

How to determine the link is nofollow or dofollow?
It's very easy. Just see the page source of that link. However, if you want to automatically determine links in a webpage as dofollow or nofollow, you can use NoDofollow add-ons for firefox.
